Forza Sports Hypersonic Speed Bag Swivel

I am a boxing club owner. It's hard to find good gear. This is a well machined swivel, which means it doesn't jostle around, hop, or go crooked when you use it. It's also a good tough product. After a lot of use the little spring loaded pin will break, that is my only suggested improvement. The pin is very easy and cheap to replace. Good job Forza I have a team of 150 athletes who pound on these daily and they've held up very well.

Don’t buy any other swivel. This is the one!Absolutely no rattle, well made, with a shorter, square u-bolt to hang Your bag on gives you additional speed and control. I hated the everlast swivel that came with my board. Cheap crap. It rattled no matter how smooth you hit the bag. This swivel well show you how fun it is to work the speedbag. Hear the cadence of the bag with NO rattle and nice control. You won’t regret this purchase.The hole alignment was a bit off for my everlast board but it wasn’t s big deal. This swivel will require #8 x 1.5 inch bolts or longer depending on your board. Slightly smaller diameter bolts than the everlast swivel.The last pic shows the everlast swivel on the left.

Swivel is super slick and the fit was a bit smaller but with the right tools it fit perfectly.

In the early 1950s, my Dad won the middleweight championship of Texas. Since that time, he has been voted the 7th best Golden Glover, regardless of weight division, in Texas Golden Gloves history. He fought out of Fort Worth. When I was 16, he started giving me much needed boxing lessons. In that same timeframe, he had a speed bag backboard made for me with an Everlast kangaroo hide bag. It lasted for many years (not made like they used to be!). I still have that setup at age 77. My punching the bags has begun again in earnest. Your swivel is just what I wanted for a couple of relatively fast speed bags. Top notch!

Bought 2 of these...one I had to send back because the bearing was to tight and wouldn't rotate, that's why it's only getting 4 stars. The other one is slick, tight and fast. Very good product. I have ordered other swivels (even top of the line ones) and this one beats them all!! Would highly recommend and I'll be getting another for backup...

Very nice swivel , quality looks like it will hold up .Like the pin insert with a ball bearing , rather than a split pin , inspires more speed workWorks o lot lot better than the very poorly made swivel that was in place before ;Haven’t tried with a very good quality speed bag ,This swivel is very decent , can keep some long rhythms flowing .

There is a 1/4” gap on the loop to the swivel attachment. When you’re slightly off on your strikes it’s extremely loud and it goes off kilter easily making it difficult to control. Compare my photo to the Forza above, clearly there is problem with quality control. The loop should not allow that much side-to-side motion on the swivel.Also note that the pin on my swivel is different than the one on the Forza photo, it has a fat end on one side and I assume that's for getting a grip on it to change bags - no issue on that. However, that pin pulls out like it's greased with butter, there is very little resistance. I didn't hit it long enough to determine if the pin would fly out like other customers have noted, but it wouldn't surprise me if it did.I'll probably get flamed for saying this but I'm not going to knock Forza for the overseas manufacturing. It's too expensive to manufacture a high quality design like this in the U.S. Regardless, they damn sure should enforce rigid manufacturing specs.It stinks because it's a beautiful looking swivel and there aren't a lot of great options in the swivel market.-M
