Very Effective Machine for home use on reasonable price. Easy to use, Overall a good product.
The machine is compatible and very effective. My father-in-law was having a severe pain on his left knee and after having many NSAID's the relief was only for a temporary period. The physiotherapist has recommended to use TENS two times a day for the period of three weeks. The results are very effective and 70% of pain has subsided. Doing knee exercises with two times using TENS in home will give you a best results.

2 out of 4 wires/electrodes not working
I received my machine on 16th august 2020, 2 wires/electrodes were not working. This is understandable. I called them on sunday- they were unavailable. Therefore I posted complain via their website. Surprisingly they called me next morning and heard my query, tried to resolve it via video call. And after that they ordered part replacement. Si I am fairly satisfied by their customer care response. (4.5/5 stars)Machine is good and I know that because my physiotherapist used to use it for my knee. Comes with travel bag (which is handy). Quite good for pain relief.Main thing while buying a product is its service and physiogears have fared quite well on that part.

Great Product
Very good results after using this I have pain in L3 L4 and L5 I was advised by doctor from AIIMS BATHINDA from 13th February I am very comfortable with this use of physiotherapy I am saved from extra expense

Worst product
One of the worst product. I went by the customer reviews, now I wonder how people gave 5 stars for this product. Better go for go for mobile physio instrument which will be Rs 500/-. Do go for this product, it is solving the purpose for pain relief.

Been using it only for a few days but it's very compact and handy, easy to use, and better keep one at home instead of visiting physio therapist just for this.

Best physio kit
I was spending lot of money for physio for my husband back pain. Luckily I came across this medgears and purchased it. It’s an awesome machine which gives good pain relief. Thank you medgears and Amazon for this product and for saving my money!!
