SABATINO PRONTO Truffle Mac and Cheese, 9.16 Ounce

Super yummy! If you like truffle then this is for you. The noodles were excellent and the sauce had wonderful complexity with a perfect mix of herb and truffle. Some grated high quality parmesean and wow, great stuff!

Pricey, but worth it...Easy prep and tasty results

This is so delicious. Instead of three cups of water, I used 1 and 1/2 cups of water and 1 and 1/2 cups of heavy cream. Next time, I’ll swap the water with stock. Not very cheesy but super flavorful. A star was deducted for the smell. Not a big fan and it lingered for hours in my apartment. The noodles cooked to perfection and I believe the item is well worth the price. If you are also a spice lover, some red pepper seeds would be a nice touch. A few sprinkles of Trader Joe’s Aglio Olio took it over the top.

The odor of this pasta dish as it was cooking was, to me, quite off-putting, almost like offal, game or tainted raw poultry. Happily the taste was slightly better and didn’t taste like the cooking odor with butter and parmesan added to the cooked pasta. A quick meal, and open windows to get the smell out! UPDATE: After only consuming about 1/3 of the product last night I thought I would re-visit the leftovers tonight. As soon as I opened the container my stomach clenched immediately from the odor of it. I attempted to eat a bit more to not waste it and ended up throwing the entire product plastic container and all into the trash. I was unable to clean the odor out of the container! I’ve never cooked with truffles in my home but have consumed dishes with the truffle mushroom in restaurants many times. The funky odor of this product is unbelievable.

If you love truffles this has the tastiest truffle taste. It’s super easy to make. At first when you open the box there’s an itty bitty bag with the macaroni, fear not once the macaroni boils the macaroni will increase j in. Size a lot. It’s enough for maybe 3 people. I took a picture of my left overs.

We liked this very much! It's a higher class of Mac an Cheese! The truffles were excellent adding a different experience to the taste! We will definitely try this again.

So yummy!! Wish it were in my grocery store. I got this bc chefs in a video on YouTube were reviewing different boxed macs recommended it. And they were right! I ate it by myself and ate it in 2 nights.

This product cannot be passed off as anything Italian. Just because you wrote in Italian on the package does not make it so and it does not make it an acceptable or comistible food product. The cheese tastes like chemical. The truffle-- probably also manufactured chemical. Shameful excuse for an "Italian" product. Maybe if it is truly made in Italy, they are exporting it thinking people outside their country don't know better and will pay for this nonsense and thank them? Don't waste your money and gut health on this product!!

GOD this is good. If you like truffle, this is DELICIOUS and easily restaurant quality. One box will serve two starving people or a family if you add a salad. I am quite seriously a bit of a food snob and was super skeptical but I am SOLD. This will be in my pantry for 8 minute dinners. Make sure you read the directions, it not done the typical way. I did add a TBS of butter at the end and finished with a sprinkle of black truffle sea salt and parmigiano. Enjoy!!!!

This is SO good. Not really like a Mac and cheese, more like a stroganoff, but absolutely delicious.

Don't be afraid to season add some dazzle cook from your soul this was surprisingly decent lol still a boxed meal though

It has a very mild truffle taste, more regular mushroom taste than anything. The smell is very strong, be prepared for your house to smell like it for a couple days.

I've purchased this before, in a Costco 3 pack, in the US. I liked it so I thought I'd buy it off of Amazon. My mistake, I didn't read further. Based on the top description, I thought I was getting 6 boxes for this price, but it's only one box. It's good but not good enough to pay $26 for one box. I won't be ordering this again.
