Good Anytime, Not Just for New Years Day
They were great mixed in with the Amazon diced tomatoes over the plain white rice. Everyone wanted seconds. Good anytime of the year.

I got these as an inside joke for my friend, it worked very well and she loved them. The price is great and it cooked well. They were very fresh and yummy

Plump, flavorful, and full of luck-hopefully.
Purchased these for our New Year's black eyed peas and collard greens Good Luck Supper. They were flavorful and plumb, not mushy or mealy like canned beans can be. I would appreciate an organic option, but luck doesn't dilute with pesticides and conventional farming, so I will make it work.

Very good Black Eyed Peas
I love me some Black Eyed Peas, but these are excellent considering they are canned. Amazon strikes again wonderful can of Black Eyed Peas.

Bent and dent.
The peas were good. The cans (all four) were full of dents. If I had wanted bent and dent, I would go to a bent and dent store and pay 50 cents a can.
