When I ordered this O didn't know it has chemicals that cause cancer. Pregnant women can't eat it. It causes birth defects. It says so right on the package. Don't buy this.

I found the value for the money to be excellent in the 4 lb package. It was basically like a buy 3 get 1 free compared to other brands I shop. I used it to make nib to bar vegan dark chocolate (cacao nibs, turbinado sugar milled for 24 hours in a stone grinder) and it came out with what I'll call a "very classic" chocolate taste The chocolate flavor was very pronounced, not a lot of subtle undertones to the flavor but the flavor stays consistent - it doesn't leave a less pleasant after taste that I have experienced with some other nib to bar chocolates I've made. This will probably stay in my rotation since it was especially good for making vegan peanut butter cups (nib to bar chocolate, ground peanuts, salt prepped in a mini muffin mold - 10g ground peanuts per 20g chocolate straight from the mill).All that being said, I'm looking for something with more of the flavor of the fruity pulp of the cacao nib that I've experienced before and a bit more subtlety. Still a great value for the money and makes very good chocolate when milled.

Really ! USDA Organic, Non GMO ... and the warnings said this product contains chemicals that causes cancer and birth defects and more... which are those chemicals??? Is it Glyphosate? I don’t want eat that... and have no return policy

pieces are smaller than what I get from a normal grocery store. But honestly, for the price, it is so worth it. organic cacao nibs at whole foods/fresh thyme market are normally priced at 12.99 per pound. This is a steal, and they're organic! I would pay this price for non-organic cacao nibs. Great flavor, taste just like the ones I get from the grocery store

Ordered this due to Value. Best Price per/lb. Flavor is fine. Nibs ground slightly larger than other brands.The one thing that was a Disappointment — they get ‘soggy’ very quickly. I typically put Nibs in my oatmeal and smoothies. The (normal) “crunch” makes for a pleasant little (surprise).This brand, likely by their processing method, became soggy / mushy VERY Quickly. A hassle to have to put (portion) in toaster oven for every use.

There is a disclaimer on it saying this product could cause cancer. I threw it out because Amazon did not have an option to return it. If I had known this I would not have purchased it.

The description said the nibs were "crunchy". NOT TRUE! These little things are hard as rocks. It was like trying to eat gravel. And to make things worse.... you cannot return this item. So I had to throw out the whole bag of rocks.... and eat the $7.99 I paid for them.

Several of the nibs, as I've chewed them, have had a bit of a "chemical" taste to them. Not sure if it's the nibs or just me and most of them taste just fine.I used my spice mill to grind them and almost ended up with cacao butter by accident. It was very tasty.

I've tried many brands of raw organic cacao that have all had a rich chocolate taste but this one tastes like it's fermented. While it's useable in smoothies it tastes terrible in baking or raw desserts. Overall disappointing. Would not buy again.

j'utilise ce produit pour faire des biscuits cétogènes au "pépites de chocolat" . En plus de ne pas être sucré, il comporte un foule d'avantages pour la santé. J'en fait au moins trois fois semaines donc le format est idéal et le prix fantastique. C'est sûr qu'il faut s'habituer aux grains qui sont plus durs que les pépites de chocolat réguliers mais tous mes invités les adorent.

Taste and texture as expected. But what was not was the volume of dust and fine powder....perhaps due to shipping or??? Would like to have a chat with a rep to get a bit of an explanation for the likely cause.

I have tried a few similar products but I will most likely be sticking with this one for a while. I add this to protein shakes and I think it works great! Definitely adds a nice flavor, though I notice I don't feel any sort of rush I get with other brands of Cacao. It's a quality product though, so I'll keep buying!
