My daughter was in field and needed one to practice at home. The size and weight were perfect compared to what she used at school.

Holds up well to consistent use. No chips or dings.

The media could not be loaded. It’s pretty good for the price but it dose get damage easily allready has some scraps on it but what do you except for the price great so far !!

This was perfect for my middle school daughter because they are throwing 6lbs so this gave her a little edge with distance. It was exactly what her younger brother had to throw. Good investment. Great price and thus far its holding up to being yeeted into the dirt.

Perfect and good price for practice outside of season

Purchased for my daughter who is just learning. It is heavier than the normal size used for middle school ages, but it is going to be used more for technique than throwing at this point. Nice, solid shotput--should last her all through her school years. Great price.

What are warmth and sheerness? I don't know, so I gave a 3star for both. This is a piece of steel. If it's left in the sun it'll get warm, maybe even too hot to touch, but you probably shouldn't leave it outside. Anyway, I bought this to increase my dynamic strength. Properly throwing a shot put with either hand, and you should train for ambidexterity, will increase your upper body strength tremendously.I really like this shot put. It was well priced and durable. It's a great size for my hand as well.
