Great Sized Notebook for Human Adults
I love this book. My coworkers would suffer an apoplexy were they to know I went through this much effort to be organized and efficient at work. I am a sever and this notebook fits perfectly in my server book. The lines are spaced with adults in mind not kindergarteners learning to write their first words so I can get a ton of information on each page. I've been buying these notebooks for years and will continue for the rest of my life as I'm entirely sure I will die serving tables (**wracking sob). This book is of good quality, I work A LOT and I end up using a new pad every 3 months or so.

Go-To Notebook
One of the few that still use a cardboard cover and back. Super important for stability when witing

Handy and affordable
Esselte Earthwise Ampad Reporter's Notebooks (ESS25281) As a journalist, now freelance artist/writer with no newsroom supply closet to grab from, it's nice to know there's somewhere out there to procure a supply of these affordably. This version is "earthwise" (recycled) which is nice - and wider-ruled, if that's your preference. What's nice about these (for those who've never used them) is they fit perfectly in your palm, and they have slightly harder backs. Even if you aren't copying quotes, they're great for desktop lists.

Not the product in the picture....
Okay - here's the problem - the notebooks are shown and described as product number 25-281 which is a wide line with a broken line between the lines - making it a narrow lined page. This is what I was looking for. Unfortunately - both on Amazon and other sites you can no longer receive item number 25-281. Instead you are sent 25-281R which is a reporters notebook which is just wide lined without the broken lines in between. I actually called the manufacturer and was told they discontinued the 281 in Sept. 2016 and it is no longer available - here or from other manufacturers.... These notebooks would be good for a small child....so frustrating to not be able to get a simple narrow lined notebook any longer.

Misread description.
Thought this notebook was college-ruled. The description was Pitman-ruled, but I took Gregg and missed the Pitman reference. Also, the photo sorta indicated that they came 2 per order, but only one was received. I planned to use it to take notes during church. If I wanted the wide-rule notebook, I would have just gotten a regular shorthand notebook.

Larger spaced lines, apparently called "Pittman ruled"
Delivery was amazing, I prefer the smaller spaced lines but will certainly make do!!

Too Expensive
The quality of the product is good, but $7 for ONE notebook. Not a good deal no matter how you look at it.

There are cheaper options
