Excellent heavy based paint. Not the easiest to apply, in my opinion, as gums quickly and doesn't like to be gone over again. Very sticky, you don't want a lot in your kettle at a time as it will start to go off. Brushes need a determined clean afterward. Covers stains, rust etc without shinethrough. But perhaps needs a bit of experience to apply and get a nice smooth finish. Not sure about durability but suspect it's excellent and highly protective. Haven't put anything for it because not sure. Looks very wipeable washable. Another great Zinsser product, I think, but time will tell.

Zinseer never fails to deliver a quality paint. Says it lasts 15 years. I guess time will tell.

I think it’s got a very high sheen for a satin finish. It’s close to a gloss. I think I’ll end up going over it with a different paint.

Very good paint as to be expected from zinsser.I found the oil based on to be extremely thick but easily thinned down. covered very well and I found one tin gave me 2 coats on a garage door.

This is normally a great make but this paint was thick and sticky to apply. Not good arall

Used on exterior of our park home and it looks very good and spread easily.
