Fluorescent Bucktail Combo Pack

Thought this was whole deer tails. It was only little pieces, just maybe a square inch of skin and the hair attached to it. Colors are vibrant.

These are tiny, I got them just to have a variety but you could literally only make a couple jigs each these are the smallest “buck tails” I have ever seen .....poor goats.I usually love Hareline products and thought what a great deal for 5 tails. It’s an OK deal to add some tying supplies don’t expect to have to buy a new container to store them in LOL

There should have been more in the pack. The pictures show there is a lot of tail but there isn't that much. Pretty colors though.

Exactly as described. Some of the tails have the dark brown on them more than the fluorescent color. I’d say you get the least fluorescent color from the yellow tail. Over all they were great. I used them for clousser minnows and they worked get.

The combo pack was a little smaller than what I was expecting. I think it's for beginner fly tyers who just need an assortment. The quality is good for ducktail...alot of natural brown from the tail itself. I think I would rather buy individual bucktails next time (instead of these smaller pieces) But...in all fairness, it's a good bucktail

Bought thinking the pieces were larger. Not a full buck tail. Only about a nickel size piece of Hyde. Color was great just to small.

The photo and price point led me to believe that I would be getting larger portions of tail. Retail of a full dyed bucktail is roughly $5.50. This pack, while at a price point of two bucktails only contains a third of that amount. Buyer beware, over priced. Quality of product is good.

Yes, a little small. But its a combo pack with a variety of colors, for 15 bucks (no pun intended). I will buy again to resupply my Clouser collection.
