Decent well-built, well-priced bag with some drawbacks for multi-terrain use
I bought this to use for gravel grinders and multi-terrain rides (like the D2R2 in Massachusetts). I wanted something that could hold not just a spare inner tube and CO2 cartridges, but also a rain jacket, tool kit, spare parts, medical kit, some food, etc. for self-contained riding in remote locations, and I wanted it to be waterproof. I like the size of this, and it holds everything I want it to, but there are some drawbacks:1. The waterproof insert seems a bit thick and heavy, and takes up a lot of space.2. The waterproof insert is open ended and merely folds closed. It needs a drawstring or wet-bag type closure to make it truly waterproof.3. The external tool pocket is very small, and holds a multi-tool and patch kit, at best. Might be nice to have a bit more space or another external pocket.4. The side strap clips that attach the bag to your saddle can come lose when riding in rugged terrain— and in fact one of them popped off when I was cinching down the bag onto my saddle. It would really be better to have quick release buckles that snap together rather than these "press-down" style clips that open up too easily.5. No external straps or places to attach a strap to hold, say, a rain jacket or other clothing.Other than these cons, the bag is well made and seems to be a great bag for the price. The stiff insert keeps the bag from sagging, even with a heavy load. However, if you need something more rugged that can withstand trail-riding or lots of bouncing up and down, I'd look at other brands like Revelate or Timbuk2 because of the side-strap attachment system.

Holds a lot!
I bought this because I moved from Oakland to Santa Rosa, where in the winter the mornings are colder but the mid-days are warmer. I needed a larger saddle pack because I was peeling off more clothes than I could stuff into the pockets of my jersey. This bag turned out to be a bit too big—it holds A LOT. It's made with high quality, very durable materials, which is good, but which add weight. It also has a tendency to swing from side-to-side a bit. That said, I'm quite happy with it and I'm sure it will last forever. I'll take it off once the weather warms up, but it will be good to have in the cold months. Recommended.

Terrible service
I was very disappointed with the quality of this bag and the customer service provided by banjo brothers. While I liked this bag in general, it broke twice on me.The first time, one of the straps on the back that I attached a blinky to broke just a few days after I started using it. I contacted the company and they sent me a shipping label to return it for repair. However, since this didn't render the bag unusable (I attached the strap with a safety pin), I decided not to send it back at that time because I didn't want to be without a bag for my commute. The second time (about 6 months after I got the bag), the main strap that holds the bag closed broke in half, making the bag unusable. I contacted the company again and the guy said to send it back but they wouldn't provide shipping. He was a complete JERK about it too. I refused to send a bag back that was only 6 months old and had already broken twice (who knows what the next thing to break on it will be) and potentially have to pay for the repair as well.So rather than pay for the shipping back, I bought a strap and some clasps to put it back together myself. I'll keep using this bag for now but I will NEVER buy anything from banjo brothers again. They claim that they have an excellent warranty service but in my experience, they sucked.

Much smaller than it looks in picture
In the picture it looks wide but it's not. It's pretty much a XL small saddle bag. Not worth the price in my opinion. This item shouldn't be more than $30

Big seat bag works
The bag is probably the largest available bike seat bag on the market, which is why I bought it. I wanted to avoid putting a rack on my road bike but wanted enough capacity to take snacks, spare tubes, a few tools, sunscreen, etc. along with me on a long outing. Also, there are loops on top of the bag that will accept straps to secure a light jacket. What I don't like about the bag is the flap closure, which is a kludge. You fold the rear of the bag down and it latches underneath the bag. A much better solution would be a zip closure across the rear of the bag with a more mouth-like opening. Other than for that, it's a pretty good bag. I own two of them -- one for each of my bikes.

Big Bag for day rides
I used one on Ride the Rockies and it was great compared to any other product I saw.It held my raingear, spare tire, etc. well with lots of room. There is a waterproof, but open eneded inner bag.The waterproof inner bag is clunky and could be made of ligher weight with a means to close.Since the back is open closes only with a strap, a drawstring on the inner bag would be helpful. The tool pocket is too small.

Great bag
Awesome bag, just make sure to cinch it up tight if your seat post is down low because the bag is huge and will rub your tire. Otherwise, it's perfect. Hols a ton of equipment and gear so you can prepare for lots of different situations you might encounter while riding. Highly recommended buying this.

Couldn't ask for more in a commute bag
This bag is fantastic for me, a regular commuter who prefers not to wear a backpack, does not want to trick out for panniers, but still needs to cart items to and from work. In this bag, I can take a few cartons of yogurt, an apple, my small handbag, all my bike tools, my phone, and have room for even more. You can't beat having a waterproof interior, and the four fastening points (two on top, two for the seat stem) keep it secure over bumps. The adjustable closure on the bottom is secure and doesn't interfere with the rear wheel. I recommend this bag highly.
