Chest Protector Strap are Not Elastic
The gear is good for the price. My only problem is that the chest protector straps are not elastic and doesn't fit as snug as I would like for it to.

Safety First
I bought this set for my 9 year old select player. I really love the extra padding, especially in the chest protector. The leg guards are also upgraded from the M10 set with additional protection for knees and thighs. My son likes the fit of the helmet compared to to both M5 (little league set) and M10 (big brother). It has extra padding in the chin and is easier to throw off. One thing to be aware of is this set does run bigger than both the M5 quikfit and the M10 set (which it replaces in the Easton line). The leg guards are definitely bigger. Overall though, I prefer this set. Great buy!

Leg guards didn't make it through one season
I purchased this set because my son needed a NOCSAE approved chest protector. So far the chest protector and the helmet seems to be working fine. However, after 3 months of use, one of the leg guards has fallen apart. The part just above the knee cap with the letter "E" fell off and it's near impossible to put it back on. So now I have to buy a new set of leg guards. It didn't even last one baseball season! Overall, the leg guards have no padding. I also noticed that the chest protector and leg guards are scratching my son's uniform shirt and pants and ruining them.
