Very sharp, could not cook with out it!!
I must have threw my peeler in the trash. I cannot live with out this peeler. Works excellent!! Glad I bought a replacement, very good quality. The best!!!

Favorite peeler
I know itโs just a peeler but I had a drawer full of different peelers and I would always use this one . Finally got rid of all the others and bought a 2nd one of these just in case . All time favorite. Blade is very sharp and very ergonomic to use .

Nice & sharp
I looked & looked for a replacement for my old metal peeler. Nothing was sharp enough to grab the peel. They just slid around. This is perfect. I hope it lasts as long as my favorite old one did!

Beats grocery store peelers
Beats my grocery store peelers. This clogs more than my Messermeister serrated peeler, but the Victorinox seems a bit sharper. I switch back and forth and can't pick a clear favorite.
