I am not at all sure this helps but I figure it can not hurt. Combining this and the gym and watching my sugar I am making progress but have hit the proverbial wall.

I have 10 pills left and have not lost 1lb.😕 but it did help woth my leg cramps a little. I will not order anymore I have used NOW brand in past for half the $ and had better results. I was really hopeful this product would be better it ranked really high when compared to other brands. Very disappointed.

These pills don't work.Thdy are presented as the best new pill for energy for git problems, overall claims to be the latest new and best pill to be helpful for your health. Not so for me.

A few years ago I bought Garcinia from another seller and lost 21 lbs after 2 months use. I am on my second bottle and to date have lost a few lbs and 1/4 around my waist. Not the results I expected, but will continue to use to see if any improved results.After second bottle, I have lost an additional inch from my middle section and dropped 5 lbs

Doing everything right I didn’t get any results after a month

I am doing the work. Lower calories and exercise. I have been taking Garcinia MD along with Apple Cider Vinegar for three solid weeks. I have lost three pounds a week consistently. I feel like the Garcinia MD has definitely helped in losing stored fat. Like I said, I am doing the work so it’s not a magic pill, but it has helped.
