Easy to cut and apply this material. Not messy to use at all. Stuck well to the old damaged lead flashing and over the damaged areas of my flat roof edges. Very happy with the result.

This is the first time I have used this kind of material but I will be using it again whenever I need to repair or replace guttering or lead in any shape , fantastic to use and the results are amazing.

Easy to work with

This is the second time I've used this product. I used it for flashing a corrugated roof to a coarsely rendered wall. Adhesion is excellent. Use preferably on a warn dry day. The first time I used it was for the exact same sort of job and that was three years ago. It's still as good as the day I installed it which prompted me to use the same product again. Just be aware that it IS extremely sticky and the thing it sticks best too is itself. If you accidentally get the sticky side folded onto itself.......good luck!

Absolutely brilliant alternative to real lead at a quarter of the price easy to apply no leaks so far would defiantly recommend
