Can the starter culture be sued with sugar water or coconut water? Or is it only for milk? Also could you tell us how its done?

The starter culture can be used with different types of milk. They don't work with sugar water or coconut water. The Water Kefir Grains will have to be used if you'd like to make sugar water or Coconut Kefir. With both the products, you'll get an instruction sheets with tips and tricks. We've put them up briefly on the Amazon Description tab. :)

“Is it important to be refregerated this pack? If i order, then how it could reach to me being refrigerated?

The product doesn't require refrigeration but it can stay viable for a lot longer in the fridge. Since we send multiple packets, we recommend that the remaining packets are kept refrigerated for better stability and longer shelf life. The transportation of the product doesn't need any refrigeration.

Can we use plastic jar rather than glass jar?

Yes, you can but we urge all our clients to use glass jars for fermentation.
