Healthy Sugar
The SriSri Tattva organic brown sugar is made from molasses and is supposed to contain less carbohydrates than normal refined sugar. I use this for sometime now as I am diabetic and should avoid high carb products to control my sugar levels on a daily basis. In a recent conversation with my doctor I was informed that any type of sugar has high carbohydrates which can be harmful to a diabetic however, brown sugar is less harmful than the normal refined white sugar found in most products. As you know anything consumed to an excess causes disbalance to our metabolism and health. Thus it is advisable to cut down on sugar intake as a whole if you are diabetic. I definitely recommend SriSri Tattva organic brown sugar if you are health conscious and have faith in organic products than those coming from major branded manufacturers, which might be economical but expensive in the long run if your health is impacted.

Horrible! Mix it with water and the brown colour separates
The Ingredients list on this product just says 'brown sugar' which is such a lie. In just a few seconds after mixing it in water you will see that the brown separates and forms a deposit and you are left with white sugar. What kind of lies are you selling to customers? Really pissed off with this product. I have tried many brown sugars and have never in my life seen this happen to any of them. I only bought it because I couldn't find any other on Amazon when I needed it. Highly regret my decision. I would recommend not purchasing this.
