Pleasant tasting, seem to help, not happy about price doubling though.
Seem to be helping, but why the price jump from ÂŁ5 to ÂŁ9.99?Pleasant tasting chewable tablets, Take for a month to see any improvement, but annoyed that the price has doubled in the last month or so.

Gut bacteria tablets
Changed from another brand to this which was better rated.Initially it left me a bit constipated but nearly 2 bottles and 2 months in, there seems to be more improvement.

Brilliant probiotic, DIRE packaging.
I have been using Alflorex for several months now and find them a great help with alleviating constipation and bloating.HOWEVER, the packaging is not so good. Just a huge brown bag. And I do mean massive!Useless.Inside, my 2 little boxes of Alflorex were battered to smithereens. Luckily the tablets come in sturdy plastic bottles, so weren't actually harmed.They used to be sent in a small Amazon brown box. Ditch the huge bag and return to proper box packaging please.
