I use this type of pad in the studio. Now that we are virtual, I really needed one just like it. I use it under my hip for the side series. It's just soft enough to use. I highly recommend purchasing one.

Excellent for use on the Pilates Reformer. The cushion is well made and sturdy.

Why is there only one pillow???? It clearly shows 3 different sizes. I’m absolutely returning this. Please do not purchase. It’s so shady for them to show 3 pillows then send the smallest, crap pillow.

Some customers are confused by the three different cushions shown, and believe that when they make a purchase, they are getting all three. Each is a different size, and are sold individually. I purchased the medium size 2" X 6" X 9" to put under my knee on the pilates reformer because I have osteoarthritis. I thought the 2 inches of padding would be sufficient, and if this one worked out, I would purchase another for the other knee (I would love to find one big enough so I only need one). I put my right knee on the cushion near the footbar end of the carriage to stretch of my psoas muscle by moving the carriage back (in a lunge position). Unfortunately my knee sunk way into the cushion because it is very soft, and I felt some slight pain on my patella even on the lightest spring. I knew I needed something with more padding, so I am returning this one. I am going to try the larger cushion which has an extra half inch of padding and hope that works. If you don't have knee issues and you want a small cushion, this might work for you. It's unfortune that I had to pay $11.13 for shipping.

Not as thick as expected. Pricey for what you get.

High quality cushions. I use them frequently.

I expected 3 items based on view; only 1 item. But I do use the block for Pilates.
