The absolute opposite of my experience after two years of Traeger use. So far the customer service is easily at least as good as any I've received from anyone (and I'm typically very demanding if not kind of grouchy.) The unit sits outdoors and I do cover it when it starts raining and I've had zero rust issues. I hate sounding like a shill but to date, the unit and the manufacturer have performed flawlessly.

is there a Rotissiere ?

No, it is not a rotisserie however there is no need for one because of the convection within the grill- just elevate the product on a rack with a drip tray.
