Reverse smoked steaks and pork chops, planked salmon, brisket, pork belly…whether it’s a one hour smoke or a long overnight smoke, it gets it done. On the brisket, it still can’t match the flavor of a “real” traditional smoker (I’ve had a Weber Smokey Mountain for years) with wood chunks and charcoal, but the results are still good.
