I love the cigarette lighter. My husband likes to take all the lighters that are in my car whenever he’s in there so this works great that it remains with the cup. I currently live in California, well, I see others have blown up due to exposure to the sun. This is not happened with mine. My recommendation is to place the ladder on your dash if you are driving but do not leave it up there overnight. This is the battery so please keep that in mind it will explode with too much exposure to heat. I have one of those seat, gobstoppers the block stuff from falling through which has an attached cup holder. I just place it in that. As far as the light inside the cup, it’s powered by the battery lighter on top. But with one charge it has lasted me days. I absolutely love the covet is easy clean. It is also easy to open in dump everything out. I also like that. It has a little tray for my have smoked items. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

For all the smokers out there, ( I know, for shame) this is the best one I’ve bought that hasn’t broken. It’s very sturdy, easy to clean and the light is good also. Keeps my car not smelling like an ashtray,

For the price this ceramic interior ash tray is well worth the investment. This cup will not get hot like other plastic ashtrays when you extinguish your smokes. The finish and plastic are really nice! The lid closes tightly (almost air tight) to contain any smoke and extinguish the cherry, although I suggest knocking the cherry out before starting a butt fire. I would buy this again if I needed another ashtray, although one of the most unique features gives me concern. I got this for my brand new car to keep it clean, and the color almost matched, win win! I had the ashtray in my car for the past 6 months and everything was going well. Recently, I went out for lunch one day and went to use the lighter when I noticed the battery swelling! As the pictures show the battery dislodged the solar panel! Needless to say I have removed the solar battery and lighter portion, so the lights do not work either. Is it a deal breaker? No, the cup still collects and contains ash well. Would I buy it again? Not likely, I will not trust the battery in my car unattended, battery fires can be serious. In the end, if you like the color, the ceramic portion, and the finish, you will enjoy this product. If you park in a hot sunny area, please remove the solar charger and just set it in your window inside. DO NOT leave this in the car, if the battery swells and you do not catch it like I did it could become a large issue.

When I bought this I was real happy with it. Unfortunately it is cheaply made. The “solar panel” popped out and doesn’t stay in. And the coil on the lighter ended up bending. The inside has way too much going on as well. All and all I’m not happy with it and would never recommend to anyone.

Works pretty well. Sometimes the solar charger which powers the light wiggles loose a little, and the light goes out, but push it back in and all is good.

Cute does most of what it should hold cigarette butts but the lighter stopped working after the first use the color faded fast where u twist it to come off to empty also with the lighter not working neither did the light inside

Awesome product and totally worth price. The lighter is super cool and covenient. Very easy to dump the butts out. Came with a nice fabric bag to store. Customer service is very friendly and responsive to any inquiries about the product. I would totally order more as gifts for my friends.

Works well! The only thing that happend since I've had it is that the lighter part had a little screen on it and that pice somehow broke off. The lighter still works though. I also like that the inside is removable, it allows for easy cleanning.
