Excellent Vacuum Cleaner
I ordered two, for two levels of the home. When first opening the box, I was surprised to see this vacuum is smaller in size then what I’m use to, but after using it, the power is just as good and in some ways better than my larger more expensive shark vacuum. Pros- lighter to push due to size. Simple to operate. Powerful suction. Works exceptionally well on hard surface. Does great with pet hair. Cons- my family is average to tall so it could be slightly taller. The suction is so powerful, it grabs my area rugs tightly and pushing is slightly difficult, even after adjusting rug height. Overall- it works great and we have a family of 4, two large shedding dogs and shedding cats.

Highly recommend
This is a long one, but it's worth the read if you're doing some serious shopping for a vacuum cleaner: I picked this up in October so I've been using it for a few months just to get a genuine sense of how this vacuum really performed and I am absolutely impressed! This beats my Dyson AND my Kirby hands down. Superior suction, amazing maneuverability, lighter than either the Kirby or the Dyson. ( If you're wondering why I own so many vacuums, I clean for a living.) I bought this for the house. I have two cats and a husband who's into Warhammer so you know there are sprew bits and cat hair everywhere and this thing handles it like a champ! I wasn't sold on how small the floor attachment was until I used it: I can get underneath my barstools so much easier now and my entire house ( approx. 2000 sq ft.) is done in 20 minutes, tops! There is a learning curve, but that's something you get with any new vacuum. I was also super impressed by the ease with which I can switch from floor to handheld attachments. Some of these other vacuums I've used are so bulky and difficult to handle all the small attachments... Not this one! I'm able to switch back and forth from floor to handheld quick, fast and in a hurry. Bonus points that it's lightweight. I'm not killing myself just to vacuum my house. It's really saved my back! And it was so much less expensive than the Dyson or the Kirby. The window on the floor attachment gives me a clear view of the roller brush ( yeah, it makes me accountable which is a good thing. It's harder to ignore when I can see it so thanks for that, too. ). The cord is a tad short, so I went ahead a bought a small extension cord to go with it, but other than that, I'm very impressed! I wish I had bought this years ago. I will never buy another vacuum from anyone else other than Shark again. Good job, guys! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serious little vacuum.

Nice lightweight vacuum!!!
This came brand new like advertised. This little vacuum is really good and affordable. I say smaller because it is much lighter. Same height as my old one If the tools weren’t so cheap it would be a 5 star. The suction is great and its easy to use as an upright. The hose function is not as great as my last shark in terms of ease but the suction is great. I am going to be scrubbing my carpets and need to vacuum really well first to avoid so many dust bunnies and so far it seems great. I suspected my old vacuum was not working as well so I figured I would try this one. It sucked out baking soda that I should was sucked up a long time ago. As a no kid no pet household this should do fine. I replaced the shark rotator pro that has lasted me 10 years. Hopefully this one lasts as long. I suggest shark vacuums all the time so now I will have a more current buy to base suggestions from. I just received this today so I will update in a few months.

Amazing vacuum. Beats out my older Bissell 2999.
I actually was in the market for a new vacuum as there were parts breaking on my Bissell 2999. (Dust buildup inside the motor housing leading to bearing whine, brush roller wear that required modification to prevent additional damage, as well as handle damage that prevented the vacuum handle from staying locked in place and later being unable to be removed as it got jammed slightly at an angle.) Moving on, this is actually a step up, despite having got it at a substantially lower price (99 dollars verse the original Bissell 2999 price being around 200 dollars.) I wanted something that people praised for higher reliability, and this advertised a limited 5 year warranty. I got it, because 99 for a well reviewed vacuum was excellent in idea. I then looked at reviews all over the internet only to find out more and more that the Shark NV360 was way better than expected. My only caveats to date are that it has a smaller agitator head, and that it doesn't come with a agitator attachment, you'd need to get the Pro version NV356E to get the agitator attachment. It does come with a smaller crevasse tool and a very functional upholstery tool that also worked very very well on the stairs. Suction on this vacuum is amazing. Especially compared to my Bissell 2999. I have Hoover and Bissell Vacuums, and the 2999 was better than my previous vacuums, but oddly not better than this current one from Shark, the NV360 just to keep things clear. The hose diameter is larger, and that typically means less pressure for most vacuums, however, that is not the case here. You really need to be careful when using the attachments as it will suck up a sock you may have got too close too and it'll all be too fast to recover from anywhere other than the dust bin. Emptying the dustbin is more involved than my Bissell and Hoover vacuums, where a single button press allows you to pull the bin from its' resting place. In the case of the Shark, you will need to undo two latches that secure the bin in place, but while I thought this would be a bigger problem it has not been. Installing the bin has been a bigger issue than removing it but the process is still really simple. The dual latch does offer the better seal though as it allows for more uniform pressure on the seal under neath and keeps the dust flowing down. It does seem that the foam prefilter would need more cleans than my Bissell 2999 required, but I found that dust released from the Bissell system would agitate my nose a touch, because allergies, while I have had zero incidents of that with the shark. (The Bissell 2999 was still the best I had before I got this NV360 for allergies I experienced, I just thought it was because it was kicking something up but dust patterns formed later in its' life showing it was some dust leakage.) Moving this around is easier than the Bissell 2999 as well, but that is partially because the base is smaller. Both were swivel style vacuums but the NV360 does better on tighter turns than the Bissell. The smaller head seems to also focus more of the dust into the dust bin. Going over areas the Bissell seamed done with, I found that there was still a ton of dirt and dust embedded into the carpet even after 8 passes with the Bissell. I only knew there was more because even though I wasn't getting anything more on the 8th pass with the Bissell, going over the same area with the NV360 showed there was still a lot of dust left in the carpet. The Bissell did get all the dog hair though and there was only dust and dirt that the shark was able to extract. (This also lead me to do a carpet clean though, as I have a Bissel carpet cleaner that I really like and I finished the job with that.) My lesson learned though is that even with a great vacuum like the Shark or my previous best Bissell, you may have to vacuum more often than every 3-4 days as that dirt just keeps getting deeper if you dont. Moving on, I am actually very impressed and absolutely can recommend this vacuum to anyone who needs something better. I absolutely can recommend it to anyone who has allergies like me as well. Best vacuum to date. Side note though, when researching vacuums, I did find that the Shark Stratos and Rotator options are more amazing when it comes to airflow and pressure as well as large objects and long hair, but they are between 200 and 300 dollars. For me this is the best option for now, especially seeing it was only 99 dollars when I got it.

Excellent purchase
This is the best vacuum I've had! Compared to others, this vacuum picks up the nap on my carpeting while getting the dirt, etc. up. The on\off button is for carpet & bare floors which is nice - just one button. I have rooms with carpeting & bare floors & didn't see the need to purchase the larger shark vacuum. Also, the tank can be removed for portability. Lightweight.

Wonderful addition
I had a sharp vacuum for 20 plus years and finally the motor died. I replaced it with this one. I read all the reviews and now realize I made a great choice. The first time I used it I realized the old one wasn’t cleaning well. I can get under furniture easier. It has power that is amazing. I go from carpet to wood floor without issue. It’s easy to empty. I love being able to vacuum floor and then switch to vacuuming the furniture or a lamp. Very versatile. The one thing that doesn’t come in the box is multiple attachments to use but Amazon has a great attachment kits. It had the basic tools but I needed more Great buy for the price. I’m buying another one for the second floor

Shark Navigator- BUY IT
I need to start this off by saying I paid full price for my vacuum. This is not a paid review. This is my complete unbiased opinion on some thing I paid full price for. I was trying to choose between this vacuum and the Bissell pet pro, I believe. I had googled the top 10 best vacuums, this one was number one and the Bissell was number two. When I asked, my friend, they said to go with the Bissell, because that’s the brand that they knew. The Bissell was also around $100 less than the shark. Regardless, I had other intentions. My shark arrived within two days. No damages to the package. It was double boxed. Opening the box, assembly was very simple to understand and easy enough anyone could handle it. I had no problem putting this vacuum together in less than five minutes. All the pieces were there. It literally just snapped together. Did I read the instructions on the manual on? What does what? Absolutely not. When I first started the vacuum, I was unknowingly using it on the bare floor setting on carpet. It still picked up everything. I was a little shocked about how quiet it was, and how heavy it felt trying to move it. I realized that the brushes weren’t turned on, and I have to click the button all the way down… 😅 Keep in mind, I swept my carpet with a broom first. I swept up into a dust pan the bigger pieces like cat food and treats. I have three cats, by the way. The vacuum is significantly lighter when you have the brushes activated(obviously). I did one pass on the living room floor and shockingly to my surprise I filled up the entire container. The hair was separated from the dust. And there’s a light on the right side of the base of the vacuum that will turn from green to red if you have an obstruction. For me, the light did not turn red. I just wanted to make that known just in case somebody else chooses to not read the instructions as I did. When I tell you, I’ve never had a vacuum pick up every piece of debris hair cat food whatever you name it this vacuum picked it up in one pass. No exaggeration. Things I was concerned about: 1. The body of the vacuum is very bulky and wide. My concern with this was that I wouldn’t be able to reach close spots into corners and under furniture. The base of the vacuum swivels from the body, so this was not a problem at all. 2. Also, regarding the body, it is very front, heavy and not rear heavy. so it is awkwardly unbalanced and can tip over if you bump in to it. that’s really the only complaint that I have about it and it’s not enough that I would take a star away from this review because of the quality of the vacuum, the functions in the gadgets, and all the bells and whistles. This vacuum has it all and I love it. 3. My only other concern was that hair could get trapped in the brush and caused me issues with trying to finish, vacuuming my floor in sitting. This was also not an issue. This vacuum works like a dream and never in my life. Would I ever think that I would be so excited and giddy over a machine that I use to do chores. One improvement that COULD be made, but isn’t a game changer; make the cord retract with a button instead of having to wrap it up by hand. Is that lazy of me to say? LOL YES. I don’t care 🤣 that’s the only thing my bissel did that this Shark does not do. So all in all, I truly give this vacuum five stars. I show this vacuum off to my friends. I let my friends take it for a test drive. I am obsessed with it. It has changed the way I feel about having to vacuum. If you are concerned about the price, maybe you want it but you still don’t know if it’s worth it? Can you potentially afford it? If you can, I’m telling you right now to do it. Buy the vacuum. You will not regret it. This is probably one of the best home maintenance products that I’ve ever purchased. If anything goes wrong, of course, I will update my review, but I highly doubt it. This vacuum is nothing less than impressive. it was worth it for me. I have attached photos of what the unit looks like after vacuuming my floor… it’s gross. It picked up years of dirt that had found its forever home at the very bottom of the carpet. 🥴 I’ll never have to deal with that again.

Works for my needs
I bought this about 6 mos ago and I must say I've been very pleased with it. I have vinyl flooring, area rugs, short napped carpeting and upholstered furniture. AND a sheddy dog. About 900sqft apt. It does well on all the surfaces. I like how the sections come apart, so you can do stairs etc. Once you get used to it, changing it up to your needs is intuitive and quick. No more vacuum bags to buy. It's easy to assemble when it comes, even for a non techy old lady. Just don't overthink it. I was actually amazed that everything went together as it should on assembly. Easy to dump the junk. Disgusting but easy. My only slight complaint is the hose that you can stretch around to do upholstery etc. takes some effort. It's like a piece of gym equipment. But then I guess I shouldn't complain about a free tricep workout. If it stretched out easier I'd have given it 5 stars. Overall probably the best vacuum I've owned so far. Not too loud, and you can adjust the suction. The weight is not too heavy and it's small enough to get to most places. Will not go under furniture, beds etc. But I have something else for that. It's a great little all around vacuum.

Bom para ambientes maiores.
Chegou super rápido, super bem embalado. É bem grande e pesado, talvez um de menor atendesse melhor minhas necessidades. Ele aspira muito bem e a opção para carpete é ótima.

smell of burning
received the vacuum today opened and set up. the Vacuum turned it on; the vacuum just spread the dirt and hairs around after a few minutes there was a strong smell of burning and the vacuum became very ho turned and unplugged immediately as I thought it would set on fire. I had very good reviews of the shark vacuum prior to buying so was very disappointed. maybe just a bad vacuum? See video

A "Cat Dad" Essential – Still Going Strong After Years!
If you live in an apartment with multiple pets, you know the struggle of keeping up with fur. I’ve had the Shark NV360 Navigator Lift-Away Deluxe for a few years now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best investments I’ve made. Even with three cats constantly contributing to the floor "decor," this vacuum hasn't missed a beat. Why it’s a Must-Have for Pet Owners: Incredible Longevity: This machine is built like a tank. Despite being used heavily for years, the suction is just as powerful as the day I took it out of the box. It handles cat hair, litter tracks, and dust without any loss of performance. The Lift-Away Feature is Key: Being able to detach the canister makes cleaning hard-to-reach spots—like under the sofa or the tops of cat trees—so much easier. It’s lightweight enough to carry around while you’re getting into the corners. Anti-Allergen Complete Seal: With three cats in a confined space, air quality matters. The HEPA filter does a great job of trapping dander and dust. I notice a significant difference in how "clean" the apartment feels after a quick pass. Large Dust Cup: Even though it’s a relatively compact upright, the dust cup holds a surprising amount. It’s easy to pop off and empty without making a mess, which is a huge plus when you're dealing with a lot of fur. Swivel Steering: It’s very maneuverable. It weaves around furniture and cat toys with ease, making the chore of vacuuming feel much less like a workout.
