I suppose it depends what you're looking for. They might do for general mopping up - a sort of J cloth. I was looking for a nice waffle-weave tea towel and these are totally unsuitable in my opinion.

Went for these after reading other reviews that said they were absorbent. I disagree. They're very thin and they get soaking wet almost immediately. They're now at the bottom of the drawer, under all my other towels, for emergency use only. Nice shade of green, though.

Advertised as tea towels on website but described as cleaning cloths on the packaging. Very good quality though! I use hem as hand towel now, not tea towels or cloths.

These are actually more like cleaning cloths rather than tea towels. I returned mine.

Excellent, absorbent and wash well. Thin but that does not impact the high absorbency.

These tea towels ( and they are tea towel, not large dish cloths) are super absorbent from day one. Very rare for a tea towel. Great Purchase!
