This is a great book to help guide teacher to integrate art in a meaningful way in the classroom. I am a Montessori school director and I liked it so much that I ordered one for each classroom. We are using this and Spramani's others books as a guide to creating meaningful art space in our classrooms.This book is simple to use and has meaningful information for the classroom teacher. I particularly appreciate the developmental aspect of this book as a Montessorian it is important to understand why we do the things we do. The pictures are great and helpful.I highly recommend this book for the novice to experienced teacher.If your school is looking to add depth to your art program thisbook is essential.
