Gel Keyboard Wrist Rest Blue

I replaced a very overused cloth covered foam wrist rest with this hoping it would last longer. That will require several years but I was way overdue. This took quite a bit of getting used to for me. I was concerned that it might feel tacky or too cool/warm but it's working our great so far. It's more firm that what I was used to. The surface is smooth and cool which warms quickly to body temperature. The height is right and allows fingers to linger over the keys with ease of motion as needed. It's the exact length of my keyboard, which I like and wanted. It sits snug to the desk and does NOT slip around. It also cleans easily. It's great as a product and my getting used to it was not because of product or workmanship, so I gave it a solid 5 stars. I do recommend this product.

I am extremely pleased with my purchase of this Innovera wrist rest. This item takes the pain out of you wrists instantly. With this wrist rest, I no longer feel ANY discomfort. The material is squishy but is firmer than a gel. Your wrists will not sink into the material, but instead rest nicely. Since it is made of rubber, it does not attract smells like other cloth-covered wrist rests. On top of that, it looks very good in blue. It is light or dark blue depending on the lighting, shadows, color of your keyboard, etc. It makes my work desk look less boring and a little fun. I purchased this on sale for about $11 and it was worth every penny. In case you were wondering, this seller ships the item in its original packaging. (this was not mentioned in the description when I purchased). The shipping was very fast and took about 4 days to arrive at my doorstep. Very pleased and would recommend.

My wrists began hurting at work from all the typing I do. I ordered this, and have noticed an improvement in the pain. It's also easy to clean because it isn't covered in fabric. The only down side is that sometimes my wrists stick to it if I have been typing for a while. Nothing I can't deal with. Added bonus is the color (blue) looks perfect in my Chicago Cubs office. :)

This item is so stiff and over-filled with gel that it did not feel that different from having my wrists on a hard table. I returned it.

I must begin by saying this wrist rest is super awesome!!! My work involves a lot of Data entry and computing of documents and after a while my wrist on my left hand was starting to hurt really bad. I heard that this could be an onset of Carpal Tunnel syndrome and in most cases the only option is usually surgery. Well before I had allowed panic to set in, I remembered that I had seen the same sorta wrist rest at my financial banker's office but their company provided them with those unlike the company I work for which provided only the basic foam wrist rests and if you want something more ergonomic you have to get it yourself. I came across this Seller while looking for a more ergonomic wrist rest and I can honestly tell you that after I got the item and started using it, within a half hour, the pain in my wrist completely dissappeared!! It is so comfortable and cradles your wrists like a soft pillow and makes typing so much more enjoyable. If you are looking for something that will help take the strain off your wrists while typing then this is the product for you. I highly highly recommend it and the seller is super fast. I picked this up to go along with my new Matias Tactile Pro keyboard which I found too tall. This gives me a place to put my wrists and keep my hands at a more comfortable height to the keys. It's very stable on my desk with no curling and no sliding. Easy to wipe off with a cloth - although it doesn't really pick up much grime from what I've seen so far. It does have a terrible smell which is fading fast. Not really an issue since I find it doesn't get on me. The only problem with it is that I'm probably going to break it by poking at it and using it like a stress ball. Oddly addictive.

I'm a full time computer user and spend anywhere from 8-10 hours on a computer every day. The gel material is not as soft as I thought it would be and after a while my wrists started to hurt. The keyboard wrist rest is not as painful to use as the mouse wrist rest made of the same material though.

I use two of them to make a "corner" on my bed table to use my mouse on. My laptop is on a seperate holder. I have to reach my hand over to the end table with the mouse. This rest makes it more comfortable and keeps the mouse from falling on the floor - which had been a constant problem. Kind of a pricey solution, but it works great. It's a really soft, jelly-like material. Very comfortable. Love it.
