A good DVD easy to follow and effective you do need an exercise ball.

Very helpful
I am surprised this dvd does not have more good reviews. I have a slight prolapse and totally lost confidence in what I could and couldn’t do exercise wise. I got to the stage where I just stopped exercising as I felt I was making things worse. However after finding this dvd I am getting my confidence back and building up muscles in a safe way! It’s early days but I do feel this dvd is going to help my symptoms.
