I love the taste of this candy. It brings me back to childhood. It is very strong so you need to like strong floral tasting candy.. even if I didn’t like the taste, I would keep a pack of this opened in my kitchen because it smells up the room like springtime! Love it! This would be a fun thing to try in an Easter basket

I'm so glad these candies are still being made. They are absolutely divine to eat and they smell wonderful. One of my fav pet candies since I was a kid!

Arrived in great condition for me, no broken pieces at all.I love floral flavors. However, this is REALLY intense smelling & tasting. I eat edible flowers from my garden regularly - these mints are much stronger than that. I still gave it five stars because it's what I asked for, I just didn't realize its intensity. Personally, I will try putting them in tea and maybe baking with them, etc - to dilute the flavor when I'm not feeling like I want a strong gust of flavor.Edited to add: Dissolved it in tea, love it, still provides quite a floral punch for a regular-sized mug. Awesome.

Excellent great flavor

I moved from New York to Maryland in 1972, have not been able to find these mints or gum.I am so pleased to be able to find them again.I always found the violet flavor to be so different and refreshing. Ty.

Nice nostalgic flavor from decades past.Breath fresheners break a bit too easily but they're nice to enjoy once in awhile.

Package of six arrived intact.My husband and I both enjoy the flavor of these very different Violet mints. The mints have been manufactured since 1934. It’s been about 45 years since we first experienced these mints in our 20s and have been enjoying it from time to time ever since.We moved and hadn’t had any in a few years, so when I discovered it via Amazon, I decided to gift us some for Christmas. The scent is so strong that it came through the candy wrapper AND the plastic overwrap AND through Christmas wrapping!There is certainly a strong flavor of floral perfume, but cardamom spice is like that as well (not that these Violet mints taste anything like cardamom!). So… most people either Love ‘em Or Hate ‘em. We noticed that these are best just after a savory meal rather than a sweet snack! We really enjoy these mints and are glad Amazon carries it.
