Sturdy pans with riveted handles, thick base and good quality glass lids
We needed to replace the stainless steel pans bought over 40 years ago (when we married) as the new hob we chose was induction. These pans are as good as the ones we are retiring with a couple of improvements. The solid handles are riveted to the pan, not screwed and the lids are all glass with steel handles and rims.The base of the pans is heavy, but this greatly assists the spreading of heat from the induction rings.We bought 2 full sets so as to have enough pans - fortunately we have a ceiling rack with enough hooks for everything but the biggest pan with colander/steamer that lives in a cupboard.
