Exceeded Expectations!
No reservations. This is the best laptop computer that I have ever had. Rapid start, extremely light weight, lightening fast in program/data retrieval, and execution. And, I admit that I am a confirmed "keyborder". But, I have even found the touch screen on this laptop to be a welcome addition. And, I love the long lasting battery charge. Since, I have gotten the laptop the only time I plug it in for charging is over night (and even that is not always required). Longest stretch with no charge has been three days.

What a great laptop!!!
I love this computer!!! I bought the 13.3 inch 8th generation i7 Intel Core, 256GB Storage, 16GB RAM with touch screen. The touch screen is flawless, the fingerprint reader has worked every time. The display is beautiful. The laptop is extremely lightweight, the battery lasts forever…this is just a great laptop. I’ve read some of the negative reviews but all I can say is I first heard about LG laptops online and saw one on display at COSTCO and fell in love with it. I bought this one through Amazon some months later. What really sealed the deal for me was going on to Consumer Reports and they give this laptop the number one rating in the 13-14 inch category, beating even the Apple MacBooks by a few percentage points. I have no negatives with this machine. There are so many laptops out there to choose from and it’s really hard to come down with one choice but I’m sold on LG. I have had ZERO problems with this sweetheart of a computer. It’s my very first laptop by the way. I love it. Oh, PS: I just cannot believe how LIGHTWEIGHT this is. The body is a very lightweight aluminum and magnesium alloy though it feels like it's plastic. It's NOT. You can tell it's all metal because it's COLD to the touch when it's been off and resting. If you don't believe me how wonderful this computer is, just go on Consumer Reports or check out reviews on YouTube. Most of the reviews here on Amazon are glowing too.

Outstanding laptop that does pretty much everything.
Selected this highly capable laptop to serve as my travel laptop. It had to easily handle the editing of large photographic images (30-55 MB), be quick in processing and ultra portable. This LG Gram with its 13.3 display, 256 GB SSD, and long life battery weighs in at just over 2 pounds and easily runs all day on a charge with heavy use.

UPDATE!!!! Light Weight
The touchpad does not work after less than 1 year. LG warranty is worthless as they did not fix the unit this February. The touchpad was okay for a few months and then the same issue started (frequent but random double clicks for single click). It looked like all they did was reimage the computer and left it signed on with someone's Microsoft credentials as the "find my device" was already set up with a Microsoft account that was NOT mine. The computer is out of warranty by a few months and when I complained about the issue continuing, they said they'd be happy to look at it for $500. Get Real LG! Anyway, I bought a Lenovo ThinkPad in it's place. My Dell XPS that I mention below is still TOPS! Save yourself and even though the LG is a light-weight, remember, it is a light-weight company!OLD REVIEW that I rated too quickly: ***I bought this to replace a Dell XPS 13 (which was light weight, but the battery life was horrible). So far (and it has only been about a month) I love it. It weighs even less than the Dell - bonus. The Dell I had, had the QHD display (which is a battery draw down for sure) - this computer has the FHD display and I personally don't see the difference, however the battery will definitely last longer as a result - and that is important to me. The fingerprint reader works very well. If you are looking for a very light weight option - this is it. I'm moving the computer around frequently, so the weight is a big deal to me. Compared to my Dell XPS, the touchpad quality and the screen covering, I prefer the feel of the Dell as the LG isn't quite as slick to my finger. I was unable to find this LG in any store at the time of purchase, so was unable to compare them side by side. However, I would buy the LG again over the Dell because of weight and battery even though the quality of the Dell's screen and touchpad seemed better to me.

The only Windows PC notebook computer I love!
I've been a MacBook Pro user for the past 10 years -- personal use and business use. My job now requires me to have completely separate personal-use computer from my work computer. Further, my family shares a bunch of Microsoft-based applications (that prompted me to seek out a Windows-based notebook computer). I tried Chromebooks and at least 3 other Windows notebook computers during the past year -- and for varying reasons, they did not meet my needs (typically...too slow or too heavy). Along comes this awesome LG Gram notebook computer. It's the first and only notebook computer that I've loved since my previous MacBook Pro 13" computer (with the awful touchbar). If you're in the market for a super fast and super lightweight Windows notebook computer, look no further than this LG Gram -- it is, by far, the BEST choice. (Note: I'm a business user; surf a lot online; read a lot of documents and articles on my notebook; and do a bunch of editing on Word. I am not a gamer.)

Light and Easy to Carry
For a small person, this is wonderful. The keyboard fits my hands well and it is unbelievably light. Easy to install all that I needed. I had to encrypt the date and it is still a fast machine.

Too fragile ($500 + tax to replace screen)
I dropped this laptop ONCE on THICK carpet and the screen cracked. LG told me it would cost $500 (+ tax) to replace the screen. Holy cow! Either LG needs to make a MUCH sturdier laptop or they need to lower their repair costs by half.2 drops = $ of new computerBtw, I owned a Mac laptop for years without a crack, and that laptop was dropped many a time on hardwood.
