I enjoyed every single page of this book and wished for more pages! A book to go back to time and again and chuckle each time! Will now be looking for more of his work.Purchased the day Mr. Sempe's obituary appeared and paid ten dollars less than it is now costing!

Sempe is one of my favorite artists. Although I prefered to buy the original vetsion (in French), this English version is great too. Also, I recieved it on time, and it was important to me, since I wanted to give it to my husband as an anniversary present :)

Sempé is a brilliant writer and cartoonist. If you are a fan of his work, or just read one cartoon and are curious, get this book! Beautifully reproduced cartoons that will make you laugh and think.

delightful Sempe drawings arranged in categories of interest. Something to chuckle with and look at more than once. Only wish there had been more drawings in each category. A treasure.
