Artichoke & Roasted Peppers Quinoa Quick Meal 6-Pack | Vegan, Gluten-Free, Ready-to-Eat, No Refrigeration Required

Two months ago, I gave up sugar, grains and dairy. I have been eating clean ever since and most of my food is either meat or raw vegetables. I did want something I could heat up and eat on a cold day. I found these in our grocery store. I bought the entire stock. They can be heated or eaten as is. Ordinarily, I’m not a fan of roasted peppers but these also contain artichokes, which I love! I don’t taste the peppers at all. I do add ground beef to mine so I can get my protein in. I also add a little water so they’re easier to heat. I was thrilled to find them on Amazon because I typically eat 1 or 2 a week.

Had ordered this in case of power failure. It's vegan, no sugar, good nutritional ingredients. I finally tried it and it was easy to assemble. Mix the cup w/the artichoke sauce into the larger cup with the quinoa. Did have to be careful not to spill it over the sides while mixing as it was a full cup (which was nice). The taste was surprisingly really good. Both the quinoa and artichoke sauce had a nice balanced flavor and didn't need to heat it up or anything. It even comes with a little spoon that you put together, if you needed it.

Delicious! Love these! I live that I can keep at my desk at work and grab as a quick lunch or snack. I have also added to salads and was just as delicious! Only negative is the spoon. It’s great that is portable but it always bends while eating. I had to use tape to make it more sturdy.

This is surprisingly tasty. Just mix the top portion with the bottom quinoa and the meal is ready. It comes with a small but usable spoon, so it is always ready to eat. It can be eaten hot or cold. It does not require refrigeration, but I think it tastes best cold. Bring it to work and put it in the refrigerator and it makes a great lunch. The only improvement I would like to see is if they can vacuum pack the two containers so that there is less food relative to the container, yet without less oxygen to retard spoilage. That will lessen the chance of food from spilling out when mixing. The issue is that food tend to spill out during mixing because both cups are almost full and the mixing causes spillage.

I like the taste and I consider it healthy, but this is the second order I’ve received that arrived in a jumble—see the picture. None of the two-part packs stayed with their partner. Normally I would have assumed that they all came apart during shipping, but since this is a six pack there should be six “containers” . . . and there were only four—meaning that the packaging was broken before it was even packed for shipping. That’s pretty bad.

This is a great idea and the taste would be great were it not for the “vinegar “ taste. So I looked it up and most of these are made with lemon juice or lime juice. It doesn’t say anything about vinegar, but it has a highly vinegary taste to it. I don’t like vinegar so that turns me off. You might like it though. The price is pretty high for quinoa hence the lack of 5 stars on that one.

HEALTHY AND SO CONVENIENT FOR A "QUICK, I'M LATE" BREAKFAST...SO DELICIOUS, HOT OR "AS IS" WILL ALWAYS HAVE IN MY CUPBOARD! THANK YOU.
