Review: Orange Cranberry breakfast "bread" - ingredients: 1 stick butter, unsalted, melted 3/4 cup vanilla sugar 1 egg 3/4 cup milk 1 teaspoon McCormick Pure Orange Extract 1/4 teaspoon McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract 1/2 teaspoon orange zest 1.5 cups flour, all purpose, sifted 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 cups cranberries, whole, frozen (use to top batter prior to baking) Cream the butter and sugar, all the remaining liquid ingredients and beat to fluffy. Add dry and mix well. I use this pan also available on desertcart - it works beautifully: casaWare 11.5 x 11.5 x 1.5-Inch (Exterior) Square Multipurpose Pan, Ultimate Series Commercial Weight, Ceramic Non-Stick Coating (Blue Granite) Spread batter into pan.
