BSN Medical 113105 JOBST Men's Casual Sock with Closed Toe, Knee High, 15-20 mmHG, Full Calf, X-Large, Black

First off, I think Jobst is the only brand to use. I've wasted lots of money on cheaper brands that actually did as much harm as good. I normally wear ordinary XL with 20-30 mmHG compression. (Long term damage from DVT.) I wanted something a little less exhausting to put on and off. These are generally great. The only oddity -- for me -- is that the foot is extraordinarily large. It's too wide and too long for my foot. And I wear 11.5 EEEE shoes. So one star off for that.

I have tried several other brands of support socks, but these fit my lags better than anything else I have tried. My upper calf is large, and most other support socks squeeze that area of my leg so tight it can be painful. I first ran across these elsewhere, but when I wanted to order more, Amazon had a great price, and I know I can trust Amazon, so I bought them here.

The product does exactly what it is supposed to do. Can't ask for more than that.

Fit

My husband had severe lymphedema and after wearing these for about a month the swelling has gone down at least half!

Won't stay up to just below the knee. Quickly slide down to the ankles. Jobst's men 8-15 mmHg work fine for me. The 15-20 mmHg socks appear to be cut too short--not long enough between the ankle and the knee.
