Just heat and serve, Pieces were large - not at all like chicken nuggets. Also seemed like real chicken. Had to cook more since the adults were joining in. One of my sister's said they would be great in an air fryer - we don't have one. Kids wanted more the next day - 5 lbs gone in < 24 hours. Surprisingly recommended.
