My granddaughter loved the simplicity yet elegant necklace!

This necklace is lovely. Petite. Beautiful. It is sterling silver so it must be stored in a plastic bag (included) to prevent tarnishing. It came with a lovely little box with tissue paper, a cute little gift card and gift bag and a polishing cloth. Very nice surprise. The designer included a note stating should the necklace need adjustment in length she would do it at no cost. I purchased it for my granddaughters 13th birthday. She actually picked it out among other things, but doesn't know I actually purchased it. Now to get her to remember it must be stored in the plastic bag!!!!! : )

It’s beautiful. This is the second time I have ordered from this company. Their pieces are beautiful, high quality and the prices are reasonable. The care that is put in to the product and packaging it awesome. They also include tiny gift bags and cards! I ordered two of the necklaces for my daughter and her friend. They are so pretty. They both love them.

A child received this as a gift and I was delighted with how lovely it is! Perfect for personalized gifts- choose the appropriate age for number of gems. Recipient was thrilled.

But it broke within 2 weeks of having it.Edit: I have changed my review from a 2 star to 4 star because the customer service was by far some of the best I have ever experienced! Definitely, would have been a 5 star after the redemption of the customer service if I didn’t have to hear the whiny frustrations of a new teen :)

This is a beautiful special necklace to celebrate a 13th birthday. I purchased this twice for two granddaughters. The gasp and look in their eyes when they opened the box said it all. They loved it and wear it proudly. Great product that anyone can be proud to give as a gift.

This is a BEAUTIFUL piece of jewelry/keepsake. My 13 year old daughter absolutely loved it. While there was a hiccup, EFYTAL made it right as soon as I noticed the error. Everything about it showed to be 13 except on the day of giving, my daughter noticed there were 15 beads not 13. I emailed EFYTAL and they immediately made it right by sending me a new one along with a personal hand written letter apologizing. Wow, you don’t see that type of customer service anymore. That alone makes me give them a 5 star review! I will continue to recommend them.

I bought this for my daughter and when I received it I was happy with how it was sent. I felt like I was opening the gift. It comes with clear instructions on how to preserve the chain so it will not tarnish. Even comes with a little gift bag. The necklace it self was exactly as described and you can tell the seller takes the time and pride in her jewelry. I will be definitely ordering from this seller again.
