I like Osram lamps . This was in original packaging as advertised. Timely shipping

Unhappy with product quality
We purchased 18 of these lights and 5 have burnt out within 4 weeks of limited use. They are installed on production truss 30+ feet in the air and I cannot get to them until I rent another man lift etc. Really unhappy with the product longevity (or lack of) and the extra expense I now have to invest to correct it.
