Cooks large batches easily
Love this darn griddle! Makes pancakes a breeze and fast because the grill itself is so large. Cooks fairly evenly for a griddle. (Way better than my last cheaper model). Easy to clean.

A real time saver!
I had been looking for a professional electric griddle because I didn't think consumer griddles could get this good for the price. For years I used cheap black Friday specials in the $25-30 price range and they would wear out after a year or two of use. I really thought they were all the same. After starting a Keto diet, I found myself standing in the kitchen for literally an hour trying to cook a big meaty breakfast with a very used Bella electric griddle. I found that thing so frustrating that I was willing to fork out $150 for the "professional" electric griddle they sell at Williams Sonoma, but they do not ship that griddle, so I had to look for something else. I even considered a real professional high watt model that goes for over $500.I got sick of waiting for the right griddle so I just bought this one on impulse. I looked like it was pretty big so I knew that would be useful for cooking a whole package of bacon at a time.I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by this griddle. Now, I've only been using it for a month, so I have no idea how durable it and it's non-stick coating are. However, right off the bat it seems like a higher quality than what I'm used to in the slightly cheaper price range. Now here's what's great about it. Heat distribution is WAY better than my previous cheap griddles. If the $150 model I was looking at on Williams Sonoma was this good I would have been satisfied. And, unlike my previous griddles, I don't have to turn it up all the way. I can throw on an entire package of bacon and be done in like 15 minutes. Eggs? Another five minutes. I've noticed a couple spots that don't get quite as hot as the rest of the top but it's miles above what I'm used to.The tilt feature is excellent too. My kitchen countertop isn't perfectly level so my bacon grease used to run to the back of my previous griddles. With this, I just engage the tilt feature and I can either make it level or I can make the grease run forward into the grease tray.Unlike my previous griddles that I considered to be disposable garbage, I want to make this one last so I'm already taking better care of it than I normally would. And honestly, if it only lasted a year, I'd buy another one because it saves me about a half hour of cooking time every morning and time is money.

Can fit a lot of food at one time!!!
Love this griddle! Its big and can fit a lot of food on it at one time! I can fit an entire package of bacon on it at one time! I make big pancakes and this gets me four at a time instead of four like I could only do with my old griddle! Great for making smash bugers!

Big surface with even heat.
I'm old enough and been married long enough that the griddle that I had received as a wedding present was on its last legs when it fell from the counter and cracked the legs.So I actually went to a physical store to look for replacements. For some reason I wanted to see this before I bought something though I'll buy clothes and shoes on Amazon with no problem. The big box store I went to only had one griddle, and there was no display model. That meant that I had to go back to mother Ammy and look. I found this, and it had good reviews. And it works. It is nice and big. I was able to cook a whole pound of bacon on the thing in one go, clear it off and then cook some eggs for a qick breakfast. Its size is also a bit of a drawback. I don't have a dishwasher, and I don't do the dishes every day, so sometimes dirty dishes sit around my kitchen before they get cleaned. This thing is so big that you have to wash it right away since there is not enough room on my counters and it doesn't stack well. One other thing that will take a minute to get used to is that it tilts so that grease will drain off. This is done by having the handles pull out to the side and then the front end lowers. This is nice since my old griddle had a channel all around the side that was hard to clean, and here it is just in the front. What I have found that it also means is that you can't grab the handles for stability since they are a pivot point and aren't really solid. It cooked pretty well, and there was not a sense of grossly uneven heat distribution, so that was nice. I hope this lasts me a long while, since I like cooking breakfast on lazy weekend mornings.
