McCormickPerfect Pinch Salad Supreme Seasoning, 11.5 oz

I have used this for salads and garlic toast for years. They call it "perfect pinch" for a reason. It is highly seasoned and very flavorful, you really only need a pinch or two. This should be refrigerated for longer lasting freshness since it does contain cheese. I make home made crackers too and this really spices them up. It's good on everything.

Package arrived. I opened red lid and it was crawling with tiny ants! I immediately placed in a seal tight plastic bag and had to spray all my kitchen countertops and hope that all the ants were killed. Disgusting! I will post photos later.

great product, love the flavors

Already a favorite of mine for salad, but from the reviews here I learned to cook with it as well. Great with steak, burgers and fish! I'm sure I'll find other uses for it too. I was worried it would take forever to finish the bottle, but I've already gone through a third of it (in under two months).

Just ok, not what I was expecting it to taste like. It had a more BOLD taste, maybe even over powering.

I was thrilled to find this product on Amazon.com. Now I will never have to run out of it. While it is delicious in plain ol' homemaid olive oil and wine vinegar salad dressing -- it is also FABULOUS to sprinkle on fritattas and or pasta fa jiola -- but my favorite thing for this so-called "salad" spice mix is to sprinkle it very thickly on salmon before broiling -- I just rub olive oil on the salmon then sprinkle on the Salad Supreme and broil for 8-9 minutes and I'm mangia! mangia! mangia! Everyone wants to know what my "secret" ingredient is! I can't say enough about was a wonderful little spice mix this is, with it's paprika and garlic and dash of parmesean -- just delightful for so many things. My mother used it and she was born in Italy -- what more can I say???

We have been using this seasoning for a few years now and it has become our go to seasoning for many thing besides salads. It has been sprinkled on popcorn, steamed vegetables, dredging flour for fried and baked chicken, etc. The salt content is a little high. We do not add additional salt when using Salad Supreme as a seasoning. Only one store in my area carries this and they charge almost $5.00 for a small container. We love the convenience of having a larger container. Read the label. After opening, Salad Supreme should be refrigerted. Would recommend.
