Turned out some of the wooden panels were labelled incorrectly and with lack of supporting info to the graphic instructions I was left with a half assembled shoe bench with parts in the wrong places and ended up having to throw the whole thing out. However,the panels were wrongly numbered. The top panel just wont drop down completely at all, my husband has got it to where hopefully nobody will notice. One of the screws burst the top panel when tightened, thankfully that's covered by the cushion. There are a few chips on other panels too. My husband's size 9 shoes fit neatly in, any bigger would stick out though. ### ⭐ Bad service from seller.
