Even though it states that it is a "brush", it is soft nubs, which i like better than the "brush" cleaner that I paid over $150.00 for. This cleansing brush is soft, easy to use, easy to keep clean and it has multiple adjustable massage speeds to use for your comfort. I have also used it at the base of my neck to ease headaches.
