The cushion area does not cover the actual bunion. Therefore by halfway into my working day the bunion was really really painful, unfortunate since I was trying to find something to relieve the pain. By the end of the day I had to take the pad off and drive without it on - was causing more pain with it on!! Not sure how this is supposed to work but wasn’t effective for me at all. Currently trying to find other products that may be more effective.
