My son takes these as recommended by his dr. He takes these for brain and liver health and support. All bloodwork comes out good every time amid that, to me, is a win! Highly recommend! Great suppliment at a great price point.

Not having any issues taking this supplement. Been taking it for several weeks. Feel great.

It is an easy to swallow. powder in a gel cap. I do prefer it over the "melt in your mouth" supplement I tried before. If this one is as bioavailable as it claims, I prefer to just swallow it rather than taste it even though the melting kind didn't have an unpleasant flavor. The one thing that I wish manufacturers would say is whether their product is all-natural or synthetic. I chose this one as it says it is B1 from Thiamine and Thiamine is natural B1, but I do wish that it claimed to be pure and natural on the label. This is Thiamine mononitrate and I would like to have "natural" issue clarified. I take it for B1's calming effect on the autonomic nervous system and it also is said to help with bad dreams. Since my ANS issues require medication, it is hard for me to say whether this is effective as I hope. However, I am looking to heal my body, not for an instant fix, so I am willing to stick with a product in order to have the eventual effects I am hoping for. If anyone knows if "Thiamine mononitrate" is natural or synthetic, I would love that information. Even synthetic B1 can have positive effects, (consider Benfotiamine...a synthetic fat-soluable B1 that easily binds to the fat in brain cells and then makes a way for natural B1 to be more easily utilized) however, healing is only going to be found in natural products that the body needs to rebuild itself, so while Benfotiamine and other synthetics may have a temporary benefit, I am looking for all natural vitamins.

I got this because I was told it will help me sleep. And yes it does help. I'll buy again
