Currently (5 Feb 2020) this manufacturer offers an alcohol-free version as well as one with alcohol.

How long does this 4 oz bottle last? Or how many servings are there in a bottle?

.7 ml - I googled and it is 1.18255 teaspoon or 0.473396 tablespoon. So it is just shy of 1/2 tablespoon. 1 oz bottle contains 42 servings 4 oz bottle contains 168 servings I don't see where it says how often. I am trying to drops because it will be easier to administer.
