I replaced cotton mesh bags with these because you couldn't see thru the cotton mesh and I kept finding forgotten bags of produce wilting away in the bottom of my refrigerator. They are great for all sorts of things from keeping onions safe on the counter to keeping K-Cups in one place. Oddly enough they worked for washing bras (gentle cycle in washing machine, air dry). They are great for all sorts of things. The mesh is small enough to keep stuff from coming out, but still give great air flow. The fact they are made from recycled materials AND washable/reusable is just a huge added bonus.
