Plumbing was fine but the water was running constantly when we plugged in the machine for the first time. I called Elkay customer service and not only got a real human, but one that worked on the factory floor and knew the machines in and out! Better yet, she called me back for a video call so I could walk her through my setup. She spent 45 minutes with me and was genuinely interested in figuring out the problem. I've never had customer service like that. We ended up solving the issue (it was electrical... my error of course) and my system works great.
