CLR Pro GRT-4Pro Commercial Drain Line and Grease Trap Treatment is a bioactive treatment that helps keep drain lines and grease traps open and flowing and is suitable for use in hotels, restaurants and bakeries, hospitals, and other facilities. This treatment contains microorganisms that digest and degrade fat, oil, and grease (FOG) without harming pipes. The regular use of this treatment allows the microorganisms to build colonies inside the trap and help reduce or prevent the accumulation of FOG, which can slowly cause blockages in the line. This treatment helps to control odors and is free of emulsifiers, added enzymes, and soap. It is approved by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to meet the Design for the Environment (DfE) Standard for Safer Products and comes in a 1-gallon bottle with a handle for carrying.Jelmar manufactures cleaning products under the CLR and Tarn-X brand names. The company, founded in 1949, is headquartered in Skokie, IL.

This is a very good product for keeping drain pipes in your bathroom and kitchen clear. I use no more than 8 ounces in each drain monthly and achieve very good results. This product is cost competitive with other more expensive brands that have aggressive and appealing marketing. One gallon lasts me for 2 1/2 to 3 months for my house that is three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
