Review: Beautiful sturdy faucet for a good price - I bought this faucet about 9 months ago and we are finally getting around to installing it and discovered the supply lines are too short for us to connect to our water supply. I messaged the company on a Sunday afternoon and was surprised to get a reply back right away telling me that someone would call me first thing in the morning. Sure enough at 7am (West Coast) I got a call from New York from a very pleasant woman who said she would see if she can get us 72" supply lines for free if I was willing to leave a review. I said of course! Since I have not installed the faucet yet I cannot review the product itself but to say it is very sturdy and beautiful. If you have plumbed your water source up to the floor then you will have no problem installing. If your water lines are under the floor somewhere you'll need longer supply lines because they are basically only long enough to go from the top of the faucet where they connect and run down through the post to the floor. Other than that, the install is pretty easy. I'm looking forward to using this faucet and hoping it works as nicely as it looks!

**Q: How can i reposition the spout from the current main position? the instructions mentions that it is a 360 degree swivel spout for the waterfall spout**
A: You simply spin it around. You can move the spout around with your hand, its easy. For example if I’m laying in the tub and want to add hot water, I point it so it doesn’t pour hot water directly on me.  Its a very nice feature.

**Q: What else do i need to buy to install?**
A: Hi~ you don't need to buy anything else to install, all the mounting parts are included in a package and the rough-in part is no needed for our faucet to be installed. Also, special hoses size can customize as required, please email us.

A: Yes to all of your questions. It is a very nice faucet.  Quite heavy duty.  We really like it.

The installation of my cast iron tub and fixtures is finally done, and I couldn't be happier! The bathtub faucet is not only visually appealing, but it's also well-made.
