Is this organic?** A: It's from India & is not USDA organic. **Q: Can this flour be used as a substitute for coconut flour - probably not 1:1?** A: This flour if very nice; I doubt it could be a substitute for coconut flour and surely not one to one. I use it more than coconut flour as coconut flour is so very absorbent my things tent to taste too 'eggy'. Incidently, I don't think it's WATER chestnut flour! Just regular chestnut flour. **Q: Is this 100% pure water chestnut flour? I am looking for 100% pure. Water chestnuts are not nuts!
