I ordered this Bracketron headrest tablet holder with the hopes that it could withstand the weight of my tablet and hold up to the use by my 2 year old.First off the design is pretty sleek and attractive. I like that it is adjustable up and down to get the right viewing angle.My tablet is a Motorola Xoom. I'm sure it's not that much heavier than other tablets in its class, but the weight on this bracket is just enough to make me question how long this bracket will actually last. Once my toddler gets her hands on it, it's done. My plan is only to use it on long road trips. Keeping it on the back of the seat of my 2010 Camaro is annoying so I remove it, and put it back when I need it. My seats are low so my daughter can kick the bracket at any position I place it. It also bounces with every little bump in the road so I plan on strapping it around the headrest to give more stability. This way if my toddler gets a good grab on it the thing won't snap right off.Overall I think it could work for some smaller light weight tablets, for vehicles with more leg room between the front and back seats to keep little feet off that pricey tablet screen, and a less bouncy ride.If this same bracket design was created in a light weight aluminum with some type of optional tether (possibly a strip of velcro to hold it tightly to the headrest) it would be a much better product.

Broke the first one during install, one of the pieces just snapped. Company replaced right away, so all is well there. It does fit great in our RAV4 and we used it with the Msft Surface. Not strong enough to hold away from seat, but does the job well enough. I might try one that straps tight to the headrest next time though because this one was within reach of our daughter to kick it when she was rear facing. Plus, we have her in the middle of hte back seat, so when we turned her forward, there's no place for this to sit in front of her. Since there's no side to side rotation, it's not a good viewing location. But, for the price, it's decent and is what was described.

I got two of these for road trips. The kids like to watch movies while they ride and they most often don't want to watch the same movie. Using our iPads solves that problem and the mounts work well to keep the tablets at eye level and unfingered by little ones. They are kind of in the way when not in use though. During daily runs to school and sports, for example. If you don't pull them out backpacks and elbows snag them and they could get broken. However, I still recommend them as they are affordable and fit multiple tablets. I can even put my iPad in it without taking the case off.

Main purpose is to hold the original Kindle Fire (inside a simple leather flip case) so my little one can watch movies/shows on long trips. I put it in horizontally and it holds my Kindle very well. You can screw down the headrest holders tightly so it doesn't budge. I do wish the sliding lock that keeps the "jaws" of the bracket set at a certain width/length was a little more robust. I have accidentily released it a couple of times when taking my Kindle in and out of the bracket. Overall though I am very pleased with the mount.

Shipped fast (thanks Amazon). Good price considering other options. Unless your child is in the middle this is a great mount, but it doesn't articulate, so you can't angle it towards an installed middle car seat. This tablet mount seems well made and fit perfectly. The problem I found was that the sliding arms which grip the tablet do not stay in place. To lock the arms, one presses a plastic bar in behind the arms which engages some plastic "teeth". The issue is that the plastic bar easily slides out of it's lock position and, even when it doesn't, these teeth will not always hold (they will slip). The result is that the tablet is not always held securely in place. For this reason, I ended up returning this product. If this one design area was improved, this would be a very good product.

A little lower than what I would like, Though its very handy, We use it for my 2 year old son in a long trips for his Ipad 1 , It fits nicely, very strong but it fits so low that my son has to look down at it. but still, its better than a lot of products out there

I am not satisfied with this product. For the price I guess it's good, probably of the best quality out there for such a cost. However, it is flimsy in it's all plastic design. It wobbles even after tightening. It's difficult to adjust the viewing angle. Another flaw, it's better oriented to the vertical position, and is much less stable when horizontal. Who would ever use a tablet in the car for vertical viewing? Lastly, as another review states, there is absolutely zero rotation left or right. Unacceptable, especially with a description touting it's maneuverability.

No doubt this product is good I am using it from 3+ months. Only one issue which u will notice if ur car is quite whole running one not so good roads and u don't play music while driving just like I do, in such situation a small notice will continue to come until bad road ends.Still I will recommend this product.

The overall product is ok and IPAD air fits well. Only concern is when there are speed bumps or pot holes, the grip sometimes loosens up.

Quality is a little suspect as it broke after 2 months of use
