Absolutely brilliant super easy to set up, performance is amazing it’s fast and stable super impressed. Its whisper quiet and has good storage. Very well put together i own 2 of these and never had an issue with cyber power. Even to upgrading its straight forward thanks cyber your amazing!

Windows 10 is installed as standard for these teenage gamers who also need to learn remotely
Bought as a gift for my 14 year old son. Arrived promptly with frequent text and email tracing information. He had no trouble setting it up. Only issue was he struggled to get it to recognise his monitor. He then realised that he was using the wrong port!

Pc Fans start failing after a short period
Got this pc around 5 months ago and the fans/ fans lights are already failing. Tried contacting customer service and they gave me no help whatsoever just weird instructions

Beep codes right out of the box
After seeing so many positive reviews I thought this would be perfect for my son's 13th birthday, we carefully get it all set up, originally wouldn't turn on at all, then after a few on/off cycles it turned on but had the beep codes for RAM issues, which if I try to fix myself will no doubt void the warranty. All in all, too much hassle before we could even see how it performs.
